SICK LIST: Donna Fields has been feeling pretty well. Let’s remember her in our prayers. Yong DeGraff’s mother is improving. RESPONSE: Sarah Tipton asked for the prayers of the church. We appreciate her example of repentance. GROUP 4: Group 4 is in charge of the services at Plantation South today at 1:30. They are also asked to see their group leaders following evening services for visitation assignments. CHILDREN’S CLASS: No class tonight. But...there will be a party for the class Sunday, June 13, following evening services at the Grahams. BIRTHDAY: Everyone is invited to stay after Bible Study Wednesday, June 2, for cake and ice cream to celebrate Skip’s birthday. TRUTH FOR THE WORLD: The workers for Truth for the World will be with us next Sunday. Ed Crookshank will teach the Bible class and Paul Meacham and William Howard will be speaking during the worship hours. A covered dish dinner is planned following the morning worship. (Group 3 will set up and host.) There will be a congregational meeting following the dinner. We will be able to learn more about their work and ask questions. Please plan to be here for this important day. PLACES TO STAY: We need more families to keep the people who will be coming next weekend from TFTW. They will need housing Saturday and Sunday nights. Please see Skip or Dennis if you can keep a couple (one couple will be bring two boys, 4 and 2). BIBLE CAMP: Please get your registration turned in to Helen. Tomorrow, May 31, is the last day for enrollment. Camp begins June 17. Please check the bulletin board for needs. TOOL BOX: We are trying to collect some tools to have at the building for repair work and jobs that come up. If you have a tool box we could use or any tools, please bring them. We’d appreciate this. VBS: VBS is coming! July 14-16. Keep these evenings free. We will be studying the three Bible ages. Invite your friends! LADIES’ DAY: The Lithia Spring congregation is having a ladies’ day Saturday, June 26. The theme is “Be Strong in the Lord.” Helen will be one of the speakers.
