      v.1: soft vs. harsh
      v.2: wise vs. foolish
      v.4: wholesome vs. perverse
      v.7: lips vs. heart
      v.22: counsel vs. no counsel
      v.23: joy and good
      v.28: righteous vs. wicked
II.  THE “EYES” AND “EARS” OF GOD (vv. 3,8,9,11,29).
      v.3: watching every place
      v.8: hearing prayer
      v.9: way of wicked vs. following righteousness
      v.11: heart really is known
