Proverbs 7: 
More Pleading From A Father About Her





I. USING WISDOM PRESERVES YOU FROM BEING SEDUCED (7:1-5).

 A. My words have great appeal (7:1,2).

 B. My words need to be close to you (7:3,4).

 C. Her words have great appeal (7:5).

II. WHAT SHE IS LIKE AND HOW SHE WORKS (7:6-23).

 A. She looks for a certain kind (7:6-9).

 B. She hunts in a certain way (7:10-14).

 C. She draws with great power (7:15-18).

 D. She has an answer for every point (7:19,20).

 E. She entices, seduces, slaughters, fools, and kills (7:21-23).

III. A FINAL WARNING ABOUT MORALITY (7:24-27).

 A.  Don’t let your heart be carried away (7:24,25).

 B. Her strength is growing, and her way is the way of death (7:26,27).
 



Questions - Proverbs 7

1. We are to keep the law of God as what (v. 2)?

2. Where are we to tie God’s commandments and where are we to write them (v. 3)?
